RETURN & REFUND POLICY

By placing an order through Brassry, you agree to the terms below. These policies explain our return, exchange, and refund procedures and apply to customers in the United States and United Kingdom.

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

B. RETURN PROCESS

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to return the item.

The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs. Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Please provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue when contacting us.

D. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, incorrect products or incorrect sizes where applicable.

E. RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge any restocking fees.

F. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable where applicable.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
