✔️ 5-Year Warranty Coverage

All Brassry products come with a 5-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use and proper installation.

✅ What’s Covered:

  • Cracks or breaks due to craftsmanship defects

  • Structural defects in materials (e.g., brass or copper elements)

  • Faulty welds or joins in lighting, faucets, or hardware

  • Finish defects not caused by normal patina aging or misuse

❌ What’s Not Covered:

  • Natural patina or finish changes over time (especially for unlacquered brass or copper)

  • Damage from improper installation or maintenance

  • Use of harsh or abrasive cleaning products

  • Modifications, alterations, or misuse of the product

  • Commercial or outdoor use unless otherwise specified

🧰 How to Make a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a claim, please contact our customer support at support@brassry.com with the following information:

  • Order number and date of purchase

  • Description and photos of the issue

  • Proof of installation if relevant (e.g., plumber invoice)

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the case.

📦 Shipping Costs:

Brassry covers the cost of shipping any replacement parts or products for approved warranty claims within the warranty period.

Please keep in mind that all our products are handcrafted by artisans. Minor variations in color, texture, and shape are part of the charm of handmade items and are not considered defects.
